Donnino Gelato – Paddington was a complete turnkey fit-out of the Paddington gelato store, encompassing construction works and integrated electrical and mechanical installations.

Starting from a bare shell unit, our team installed the under-floor drainage and services, built the new partitions and back-of-house areas, and coordinated the mechanical and electrical installations above the ceiling.

The finished store features a bespoke gelato counter with display cabinets, track lighting, marble-topped seating areas and decorative wall finishes — delivered ready for trading.
