Barry Road – Residential Refurbishment was a complete internal refurbishment of a three-storey residential property, including the conversion of two separate dwellings into one unified home.

The project transformed the layout into a single, flowing family house — with a new open-plan kitchen and dining space, refreshed living areas, bedrooms and fully renovated bathrooms throughout.

From structural and layout changes through to the final finishes, our team managed every stage of the works, delivering a cohesive home that combines period character with modern comfort.
